Refund and Returns Policy

Peachtree Peptides does not accept returns on items that have been shipped because peptides are very sensitive and can get damaged easily. If a product arrives and it is damaged Peachtree Peptides might consider taking it back or replacing it and we will look at each case individually.

If you want to ask for a return or replacement you need to contact our support team at JPColl07@gmail.com and give them all the details about your order and some proof. Our team will help you with the steps and figure out what to do.

If the shipping company says that a package is lost and they cannot deliver it and they have proof that it was not delivered Peachtree Peptides will send the order again without charging you extra.

If the shipping company says that the package was delivered then Peachtree Peptides is not responsible and we will not send the order again for free.

If you get your order and something is missing you should contact Peachtree Peptides right away. We will look at what happened. Check our shipping records and if we made a mistake we will send the missing item to you quickly.

We take pictures of every order before we send it out so we can see what was in the package and make sure everything is okay.

If Peachtree Peptides says it is okay to return something we will give you a refund. We will subtract the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. You might need to follow the instructions that our support team gives you and use a return label.

Peachtree Peptides takes chargebacks seriously. If you file a chargeback without a reason especially if you got the product it could be considered fraud.

If you have a problem with your order you should contact our support team first so we can work together to find a solution.
