Peachtree Peptides Shipping Policy

At Peachtree Peptides we want to make sure that our customers know what to expect when they order from us. So we have a shipping policy that’s clear and easy to understand. Our goal is to get your order to you safely.

1. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days after we get your payment. When your order ships we will send you an email with your tracking information.

Sometimes when we are really busy or the shipping company is running behind it might take us a day or two to get your order ready. This is because we want to make sure everything is correct and of quality.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeline

If you spend than $150 at Peachtree Peptides we will ship your order for free. This is for shipping, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

If you spend than $150 you will need to pay for shipping. The cost will be calculated when you check out. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping and it usually takes 3 to 5 business days. If you want your order faster you can choose expedited shipping, which takes 2 business days.

Please keep in mind that these times are estimates and your order might take longer to arrive depending on where you live and other factors.

3. Shipping Coverage

now Peachtree Peptides only ships to the United States including all 50 states and US territories. We do not ship to countries.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships we will send you a tracking number by email. It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the shipping companys website.

5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Even though we work with shipping companies sometimes things can go wrong. If your order is lost, delayed or damaged please contact us within 7 days. You can email us at support@peptidesrock.com. We will do our best to help you. Please include your order details and any pictures of the damage.

6. Address Responsibility

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct when you check out. If you give us the address we cannot be responsible if your order does not arrive.
